With the exception of the opening match Becky Lynch vs Sasha Banks which was excellent as I expect with two of the most talented women WWE has the show drags and drags with many matches feeling like filler especially Chad Gable vs Baron Corbin!

Came on time the dvd and is in great condition. Very happy with purchase and it had a free topps packet cards inside which was nice.

Dvd is from this years hell in a cell which was a fairly good ppv to watch. Great buy for a wrestling fan, hours of entertainment.

I know that now. How do you rate this one? Several matches were pretty good but then the end was so poorly done,it really tainted the whole thing.

We start off with Becky grabbing the door chain and getting the upper hand and from that they have a real back and forth battle with great use of the cage and other things too, very little to disappoint even the most picky, loved the ending too,did not expect it.

So pretty good action packed with some nice moments and though no classic,i found it very enjoyable.

But then the last minute comes and the counter move ALI does is a thing of beauty, worth watching for that alone. It is an ok time filler but the post match adds a little something.

The match though is surprisingly good and i yawned when it started, but come the end,i was actually quite impressed..

The match is fine and certainly better than their last encounter, but after the match and that predicable end we have a moment that just looked dumb and just did not help the storyline.

The match for me starts off enjoyable enough with some nice moments and as THE FIEND becomes seemingly impossible to put down for the 3 count,Seth gets frustrated, this kind of worked for me and made sense, but then it starts getting silly and the end has fans wondering what on earth the wwe are playing at,screaming out BS and even AEW.

So not a good way at all to end this. Last years end was a stupid one that wwe should have learned from, but clearly not and a match that could have been batter but really wasn't that bad suddenly goes down in history as one of the biggest jokes ever.

I will give the event 4 stars as the other matches for the most part impressed me,even if it was for a little moment or 2,but the main event was a real punch in the gut.

Such a waste. One person found this helpful. There are no bonus features as the event runs for over three hours.

It was a fantastic match. The action was great from start to finish. They began fighting before the cell was even lowered which really got across how much they hated each other.

There were a load of really creative and painful looking moments that they improvised using the cell structure and various weapons.

There were some really good near-falls, it was very well paced and built to a strong and decisive finish. The best match of the night and a great follow up to their match a month prior.

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns vs. It was another very good match. The tornado rules gave it a more chaotic feeling which benefited these teams, especially Harper and Rowan.

The action was all good and kept up a strong pace. Both teams worked well together and there were some good reversals and near-falls to keep things exciting.

It lasted a good amount of time and built to a strong and decisive finish. Randy Orton vs. Ali - This was a good back and forth match.

Randy controlled a lot of the action with his methodical pace, targeting Ali's mid-section. Ali was able to come back with just enough offence to make the match competitive, with some good reversals.

Their styles worked really well together to create an enjoyable and well paced match. Ali finds a great way to counter the RKO which became the most memorable moment of the match, there were some convincing near-falls and a good, satisfying finish.

Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross vs. This was another very good match. It showed off a new attitude for the Kabuki Warriors as they started to use more heelish tactics right from the start, it was a change that their team needed and it really added something to the match.

The action was all really good, with strong teamwork and a good pace. The finish came out of nowhere but it was a really good one that sealed the Kabuki Warrior's character change.

A really fun match. The O. The action was entertaining and paced well. It lasted a good amount of time too, it just had a very disappointing non-finish which hurt things a bit.

It was unnecessary and felt like a let down. Overall it was still a good, enjoyable match but the finish just brought things down a bit.

Still worth watching though. After the match there's a terrible segment with the Street Profits, their backstage bits are the worst Chad Gable vs.

Baron Corbin - This match is happening because Chad Gable is short. It was a match that really didn't need to be on pay-per-view.

Having said that it's not a bad match, they deliver an entertaining abck and forth match that doesn't go on too long and has some good competitive action.

It didn't need to be here but I didn't mind that it was. It was another good back and forth match. The action was entertaining with some good psychology as Bayley went after Charlotte's leg, both to try and disable her figure eight hold but also to try and beat her with her own finish.

Fallaway slam by Charlotte on the outside. Back in the ring, her Figure Four is reversed into a small package for a nearfall. Carmella helps R-Truth reclaim the belt, with a little bit of help from What on earth.

Baron hits Deep Six for a nearfall, after surviving an ankle lock submission attempt on the ropes from Gable.

Ankle lock applied, Corbin has nowhere to go, but finds the bottom rope and clambers under the ropes to force Chad to break the hold.

Corbin collects his sceptre, swings at Gable and misses, the referee grabs the weapon and Baron is rolled up from behind!

Ha ha. Decent match. Rolling Chaos Theory by Gable for a nearfall! Wheelbarrow heel kicks to the face of Corbin, but he catches a third one and hits a powerbomb for a two count.

Gable charges straight out of the blocks and takes down Baron then clubs away at him, looking for the ankle lock, only for Baron to flip over and kick him away.

The King of the Ring tournament winner and runner-up go at it, with Corbin whipping Gable into another corner and notching a two count.

Carmella turns up, R-Truth is here too and tries to take her Championship, but when she shoves him away, Tamina appears out of nowhere and rolls Carmella up for the win!

Tamina is the new Champion! She punches Tyler Breeze as she makes good her escape. Strowman lifts him for a running powerslam, Gallows chops his leg, and he and Anderson stomp on Strowman, as the ref calls for the bell.

AJ goes for a Phenomenal Forearm, but gets these hands with a huge right that knocks him out cold. Luke Anderson struggles to deal with the force that is Ivar early on and has to call on Luke Gallows to even the odds.

Nice fallaway slam by Gallows on Erik, who then tags the United States Champion, as AJ sets about him with a flurry of kicks and punches.

He does the same to Ivar, but Braun catches his hand, only for Gallows to come to his rescue at ringside. Wow, that was a surprise. This should be the launchpad for Kairi Sane in particular to become a real star.

Asuka charges at Nikki but eats a clothesline. Bliss with a somersault dive on Sane off the apron. Asuka with a Green Mist to Nikki!

Where did that come from?! The Empress of Tomorrow drags her back into the centre of the ring, locks the hold deeper with a grapevine, then transitions into another submission.

The Kabuki Warriors are playing heels, which is something of a surprise, and Sane walks the plank with Asuka thumbing the eyes of Bliss before a baseball slide.

Splash in the corner and bulldog by Cross on Kairi after getting the tag, then she goes up top and hits a crossbody for a two count.

Sane now goes up top but her soaring elbow is met by raised knees. Nikki with a rope assisted neckbreaker gets a nearfall, as Asuka saves the match-up for her partner.

By Neil Docking. Goodnight wrestling fans! Hard to swallow Seth Rollins has retained the Universal Championship From the red lights to the multiple stomps, it was a case of trying to do far too much.

The Fiend is alive! He hits another Sister Abigail. Then again locks in the Mandible Claw. Blood is pouring out of the mouth of the Universal Champion.

Seth holds back, but then unleashes the sledgehammer. Rollins goes in search of a steel chair. He drills Wyatt with it, yet he kicks out at one again.

He stomps on Wyatt onto the mallet below, and The Fiend is recovering back in the ring. Jumping knee to the head! Pedigree, then a Stomp, but The Fiend kicks out at one!

Rollins kicks out of Sister Abigail! Superkick by Rollins and a Stomp, but Wyatt no-sells both! Sister Abigail! But Rollins kicks out!

Seth rolls out of the ring and Wyatt goes after a massive He dives repeatedly into Wyatt and then goes in search of a table, which he erects in the ring.

Seth looks for another dive but The Fiend hits Sister Abigail into the cell wall! Let him in The Fiend is here Time for the big one For a 10th world title win, that all felt a bit flat and rushed.

Backstage, Baron Corbin attacks and beats down a jubilant Chad Gable. But enough about that.. Post-match, Bayley throws a proper tantrum.

Home state advantage Bayley has the home state advantage going into this one and looks to make the most of it early on.

Moonsault by the challenger, but Bayley gets the knees up and regains control. R-Truth regains the Championship! What a picture!

Chad Gable defeats Baron Corbin Baron hits Deep Six for a nearfall, after surviving an ankle lock submission attempt on the ropes from Gable.

End of Days countered, swinging neckbreaker, moonsault, two count! Chaos theory! A clothesline by Corbin turns Gable inside out and the big man has taken control.

Gable and Corbin go up top and the big man is sent flying to the canvas. Corbin applauds his efforts sarcastically, then smashes him into another ringpost.

Gable tries to rally but is flattened by Corbin. King Corbin vs Chad Gable. We have a new Champion! That was the first misstep of the night - a clumsy finish to an average match.

Charlotte retaliated by doing the same thing and working over Bayley's leg. This one got a better amount of time than their match a month earlier.

It had some good near-falls and while I didn't like the result, it had a strong and decisive finish. It was for the Universal Championship.

I don't hate this match quite as much as most other people seem to, but it wasn't a good match. It had red lighting which made it hard to see at times, especially with the cell already surrounding the match.

The booking was pretty bad too. The action itself wasn't that bad but the way it went down really hurt it. The near-falls that normally make a match exciting pretty much just killed Rollins' Curb Stomp finisher.

Thankfully it's been able to bounce back since but it did a lot of damage here. It just felt over the top and too much. The finish was also really unsatisfying and not the way a Hell in a Cell match should end.

It didn't bother me as much as some people, it made sense that the referee would do what he did, but it's really not the way you want to end a Hell in a Cell main event, especially after last year.

If you go into it with an open mind there's some entertainment to be had here, but it's not a good match or way to close the show.

This is an unfortunate show overall. There's a load of great matches and it's well worth a watch, however the main event was such a disaster that it really hurts the event.

It's going to be remembered for that main event which is a shame. I hope that doesn't put people off because there are some really entertaining matches on the show, especially that opening Hell in a Cell match which was incredible.

Don't judge this show based on what you've heard about the main event, it's so much better than that as an event. See all reviews from the United Kingdom.
